Garage Door:  Automatic Door Reverse Feature has been disabled.
Qualified garage door installer should make appropriate corrections for safety.

Under-Floor Crawlspace Plumbing:   Open drain line; Sink is draining to crawl space area; Replacement of drain / waste, vent system recommended.

Deck Framing:  Any beams that are attached to the sides of posts / columns should be secured with appropriately sized through bolts for safety. 

Siding / Finish Grade Contact:  Ideally the slope should fall away from the foundation at a minimum of 1/2"  per foot and extend at least 10' from the foundation.  The grade slopes toward the foundation and is less than 6" from siding / framing.  Provide clearance of 6" between earth and siding and proper slope from foundation.

Attic Crawl Space:  Bathroom vent terminates at interior of attic;  Repair duct so that moisture is expelled to exterior of house.

Electrical Safety Hazard:  Live, exposed wiring near baseboard; Have licensed Electrician make appropriate repairs.

Electrical Panel:  1.  Incompatible breaker / conductor size at water heater circuit (40 amp breaker / #10 branch wiring).  2.  Several of the breakers are types that are not listed as acceptable types for use with this panel: only compatible breakers should be used.  Licensed Electrician should make appropriate repairs.

Roof:  Missing hip cap shingles were observed at corners.  Signs of previous leakage were observed.  Recommend repair.
